Zarva Cleaners does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

5. Customer Commands & Controls

Customers may control SMS communications and service actions using the following
commands:

a) STOP — SMS Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS communications.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages, except where legally required (e.g.,
confirmation of opt-out).

b) CANCEL — Service & Charge Termination

Reply CANCEL to request:

Termination of upcoming services, and/or
Prevention of future charges before services are performed

When a customer replies “CANCEL”, Zarva Cleaners will take reasonable steps to halt upcoming
services and prevent future charges, subject to applicable cancellation policies, notice
requirements, and any services already rendered

Confirmation or follow-up instructions may be sent via SMS or email.

c) HELP — Assistance

Reply HELP to receive contact information or support instructions.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and mobile plan. Zarva
Cleaners is not responsible for carrier-imposed charges.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery Disclaimer

SMS delivery depends on carrier availability and network conditions. Zarva Cleaners is not
responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your mobile number and SMS communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy
Policy.

Key principles:

We do not sell or share mobile numbers
SMS data is used only for service and payment-related purposes
Message logs may be retained for compliance, audit, and dispute resolution
