Payments, Booking, Cancellation, Privacy & Customer Protection Policy

1. Scope & Applicability
This policy governs all bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, data protection, and customer communications for services provided by Zarva Cleaners in the United States and Canada.
2. Booking & Scheduling Policy
Customers may book services through our official website, authorized portals, or phone support (booking only). All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Payment Methods & Security Policy
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards via PCI-compliant gateways, ACH debits (USA), and Pre-Authorized Debits (Canada).
Strict No-Card Policy:
We do not request or collect card details via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat. Payments must be completed through secure online systems only.
4. ACH Authorization Policy (USA – NACHA)
ACH debits require explicit customer authorization. Records are retained for two years after final transaction. Customers may revoke authorization with three business days’ notice.
5. Pre-Authorized Debit Policy (Canada – Payments Canada)
PADs require written or electronic authorization. Customers may cancel with ten business days’ notice. Dispute windows apply as per Payments Canada rules.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made [24-48] hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.
7. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours. Remedies may include re-service or refund. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
8. Data Privacy & Protection
We comply with PIPEDA (Canada) and applicable U.S. privacy laws. Customer data is encrypted and access-restricted.
9. Fraud Prevention
Customers must use official payment channels. We are not liable for payments shared outside approved systems.
10. Customer Support & Complaints
Support requests are acknowledged within one business day and resolved within three business days.
11. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically and posted on our website.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by applicable U.S. federal/state and Canadian provincial laws.
