1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Zarva
Cleaners LLC (“Zarva”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking a service, providing bank account information, or authorizing a payment, you
(“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Nature of Services
Zarva Cleaners LLC operates as a service facilitator and merchant of record, connecting
customers with independent cleaning professionals.
– Zarva does not directly perform cleaning services
– All services are delivered by independent contractors
– Contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of Zarva
Zarva is responsible for:
– Booking coordination
– Payment processing
– Customer support

3. Merchant of Record
Zarva Cleaners LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions.
– All payments are processed by Zarva
– Charges will appear under Zarva (or a Zarva-related descriptor)
– Zarva is solely responsible for billing and transaction handling.

4. Booking & Service Flow
The customer journey operates as follows:
– Customer selects service, date, and time via website
– Customer provides payment authorization via bank account verification (Plaid or manual entry)
– Customer accepts Terms & Conditions
– Customer receives SMS notification with:
– Service details
– Amount to be charged
– Zarva as merchant of record
– Customer has the opportunity to cancel or hold prior to charge
– Payment is processed via ACH
– Contractor is assigned and service is delivered.

5. ACH Authorization
By providing your bank account information and clicking “Authorize & Pay,” you expressly
authorize Zarva Cleaners LLC to initiate a one-time ACH debit from your designated bank
account.
You acknowledge and agree that:
– This authorization applies to a single transaction for the selected service
– Your bank account may be verified via Plaid or equivalent verification system
– You will receive prior notification via SMS before the debit is initiated
– The debit will occur after confirmation notification is sent
– You may request cancellation prior to debit processing by contacting support
All ACH transactions are processed in accordance with NACHA Operating Rules.

6. Payment Terms
– All services require advance authorization of payment
– Charges are processed after SMS confirmation is issued
– Payments are collected by Zarva and disbursed to contractors, net of service fees
– Pricing is displayed prior to authorization and confirmed before processing.

7. Cancellations & Modifications
Customers may cancel or modify bookings:
– Before payment is processed → no charge
 After payment is processed → subject to refund policy
Cancellation requests must be made via:
– SMS reply
– Phone call
– Email to support

8. Refund & Dispute Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
Refunds may be issued in cases of:
– Service not delivered
– Material service deficiency
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Completed services deemed satisfactory
– Customer no-shows
– Last-minute cancellations after payment processing
All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Zarva Cleaners LLC.

9. Independent Contractor Disclaimer
All services are performed by independent contractors.
Zarva Cleaners LLC:
– Does not control the manner or method of service delivery
– Does not guarantee performance outcomes
– Is not liable for contractor actions, omissions, or negligence
Customers acknowledge that service quality may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– Zarva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Service Availability Disclaimer
– Service fulfillment depends on contractor availability
– Requested date/time is not guaranteed
– Zarva reserves the right to reschedule based on operational constraints.

12. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
– Provide accurate information
– Ensure safe and accessible service location
– Communicate issues promptly.

13. SMS & Communication Consent
By using Zarva services, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications, including:
– Booking confirmations
– Payment notifications
– Service updates
SMS messages will include:
– Service details
– Charge amount
– Zarva as merchant descriptor
Customers may:
– Reply STOP to opt out
– Contact support for assistance.

14. Fraud Prevention & Risk Controls
Zarva reserves the right to:
– Decline or cancel transactions
– Request additional verification
– Refuse service where fraud or risk is suspected.

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

16. Modifications
Zarva reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes
acceptance of updated terms.
